How Bloodlines work
Bloodlines are a rollable system in Shindo Life. Each Bloodline has its own move set (low, mid, and final-stage jutsu), a level cap (Akuma caps at 1300, Rengoku caps at 1000), and a separate slot from Elements. Final-stage jutsu are gated at roughly 400 Bloodline level; below that, the locked move returns 0 damage.
Taxonomy
Bloodlines are categorized into three groups:
- Eye — long-range and vision-themed Bloodlines.
- Clan — heritage-themed Bloodlines with named-clan move sets.
- Elemental — element-tied Bloodlines that draw on a specific element type.
Elements are a separate rollable system and are not Bloodlines, even when they share a name. Use the Elements list for that catalog.
Pool size
Community trackers document 170+ Bloodlines across the three categories. Beebom and RobloxDen both confirm the 170+ lower bound. The actual roster grows with each major patch; treat 170+ as a floor, not a ceiling.
Rarity bands
The community-reported rarity bands below are calibrated against the Shindo Life community wiki and the RobloxDen tracker. Rarity bands are not drop probabilities per spin; they are community-observed denominators. Verify any specific percentage against a current in-game check.
| Band | Examples |
|---|---|
| 1/6 | Boil, Crystal, Explosion, Ice, Mud, Wood |
| 1/25 to 1/30 | Sand, Dust |
| 1/65 | Akuma |
| 1/100 | Rengoku |
| 1/160 | Sengoku |
| 1/300 | Riser-Inferno, Zero-Glacier, Apol-Sand, Dio-Azure |
| 1/350 | Ashura-Shizen, Indra-Akuma, Kamaki-Akuma |
| 1/400 | Ashura-Ruby, Code-Gaiden, Tengoku-Platinum |
| 1/500 | Aizden-Inverse |
These denominators are community-reported and the wiki tier table treats them as a starting point. Patch 249.5 left the top band largely intact; community trackers flag Aizden-Inverse as the rarest verifiable Bloodline.
How to use the rarity bands
- Don’t optimize for rarity. Rarity does not reliably predict combat power. Use the Patch-aware Tier Explorer to score moves, mode weight, freshness, and confidence.
- Plan a reroll after the slot system is unlocked. The first ~200 Spins are best spent on common Bloodlines to unlock progression; reroll for S+ tier Bloodlines only after the foundation is in place.
- Combine with an Element. Element + Bloodline synergy is what drives pair score. Pair score = 0.55 × Bloodline + 0.30 × Element + 15 × synergy + 0.05 × community vote × freshness.
Where the rarity bands come from
The community wiki (Bloodline and Elements pages), the Beebom Bloodline tier list (which reports 170+ Bloodlines), and the RobloxDen 2026 Bloodline rarity band (which confirms 1/300 to 1/500 for top Bloodlines). Tracker disagreements (e.g. Shindai-Rengoku at 1/25 vs 1/20) are flagged in the article and the tool warnings.
